It's simple. We do not collect our fee until we have completed the services.

Unfortunately, we have met people who have been victimized by upfront fee debt modification services. In these situations, a fee of $1000 to $3500 is paid upfront to a debt modification firm. Then it becomes a stressful waiting game for the client, as month after month passes by with no results. All the while, the upfront money provided to the firm, could have been used by their client for other needs. In the end, the client may be in a worse off position than before.

Now let's be clear. We appreciate the rationale for collecting upfront fees. Debt modification services are time consuming and require a substantial amount of work, especially with the countless hours on the phone negotiating with lenders and the need to organize a substantial amount of documents. There are many times when a debt modification firm is not at fault when a loan modification is denied by a lender.

We take a unique approach. We thoroughly analyze each potential client's circumstances before we agree to provide them with any service. Our experience has established that some people will benefit from our services and other people will not. We will not attempt to provide services to any person unless we are confident we can achieve real results. We are not perfect with every client, yet we believe our success rate is one of the best in the industry.

We look forward to serving you.
